Timilia Biscuits with ancient Sicilian Grains
Always attentive to the particularities and excellences of Sicilian production, to produce these biscuits with semolina flour, of exceptional fragrance and healthy sweetness, we used stone-ground flours from the ancient Timilia (or Tumminia) wheat: a variety of great resistance, fortunately saved and reintroduced to the menus of the healthy Sicilian diet.
