Artichoke Pate
Artichokes love the cold. Especially in the autumn in Sicily (where they originate). We love the Sicilian Violet Artichoke – rich in iron, fibre, antioxidants and minerals, but low in calories – and have transformed it into a delicious and delicate artichoke pate, which can be served with hors d’oeuvres and finger food or spread on canapés and croutons.
