Honey
A foodstuff with a history stretching back thousands of years, honey in Sicily – and around Mount Etna in particular – is one of the most prolific in Italy, thanks to the variety of plants and flowers. A variety that allows bees to produce different types of honey, characterised by well-defined scents, colours and flavours.
